Refund Policy

Cancellations & Refunds

Bookings canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment are eligible for a full refund or can be rescheduled at no additional cost. Cancellations made within 12-24 hours of the appointment are eligible for a 50% refund or one free rescheduling. Cancellations within 12 hours of the scheduled appointment are non-refundable, but you may reschedule. No-shows are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled without a new booking.

 

Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances

If we must cancel your appointment due to severe weather or unforeseen circumstances, we will offer a full refund or reschedule your session at no additional cost.

 

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days via the original payment method.
