How does your mobile sauna and cold plunge rental work?
We deliver our wood-burning sauna and cold plunge setup directly to your home or event location. We handle the setup and provide clear instructions so you can relax, recover, and enjoy.

Do you need any special equipment or setup at my location?
All you need is a flat surface with access to water for the cold plunge and a safe outdoor area for sauna setup. We’ll go over all the details with you before your rental.

How hot does the Sauna get?
Our traditional wood-burning sauna can reach temperatures between 160–185°F, depending on your preference and how it's maintained during use.

How cold is the Cold Plunge
The cold plunge typically ranges from 39–55°F. You can adjust it slightly with a touch of a button.

How long should I spend in the Sauna or Cold Plunge
Most people enjoy 10–15 minutes in the sauna followed by a quick 1–3 minute cold plunge. You can repeat the cycle 2–3 times for maximum benefit or challenge yourself to endure a whole 30 minutes.

Are there any health restrictions?
We recommend consulting your physician before use if you have cardiovascular issues, are pregnant, or have any medical concerns. Always listen to your body and use the equipment responsibly.

Can minors use the Sauna or Cold Plunge?
Yes, individuals under 18 can participate with parental consent or under adult supervision. A parent or guardian must sign a waiver on their behalf.

What is included in a rental?
Your rental includes our state of the art, American made sauna, cold plunge with a chiller, firewood, sauna accessories, usage guide, and delivery/setup by our team.
